Buffalo AirStation WBR-G54 review

Tuesday 23 September 2003, 1:27 PM

Priced well, with many features

Excellent router with easy-to-set-up wireless configuration. Good hardware bundle. I have mine set-up with an ADSL Nation Ethernet modem for DSL, which works extremely well and has been tested with the Buffalo by ADSL Nation to ensure integration.

Excellent buy for the money and well worth considering for novice as well as advanced users.

Oh yeah, and it's not Navy Blue either ;-)

Verdict

For cable modem users at least, the WBR-G54 will allow wired and wireless PCs to connect to the Internet with some degree of protection. Although it may need updating once the 802.11g standard is ratified, it's still fast for wireless.
