Pros

• Excellent networking and security feature set
• Easy to set up, configure and manage
• Good network redundancy options, dual WAN ports plus either v90 or ISDN backup
• Good price considering the feature set

Cons

• No 3G backup network option (yet)
• If this is the only office wireless access point, it may not be ideal for the device to be located near the WAN and network patch panel (separate APs may provide more coverage)
• Single point of failure: if the box breaks everything goes, particularly applicable for vulnerable power packs
