Seriously impressed

I wondered if I was doing the right thing purchasing such a large monitor. When the box arrived, I thought Dell had delivered an entire system! Opened the box, realised that this is BIG. Unpacking, assembling, connecting all easy. Picture quality - wow! Clarity and sharpness hit you immediately, especially in full 1920x1200 resolution. TV and DVDs good, but not as sharp (obvious since monitor far exceeds PAL resolutions). Colours watching DVDs maybe not quite as vibrant as my old high quality Iiyama CRT. For desktop working, wonderful. So sharp and clear, with so much space. I still 'lose' windows - not because they are buried, I just forget to look left when I'm roeking on something on the right!

Dell's 24in. LCD delivers excellent image quality and a ton of features -- wide-ranging video inputs, picture-in-picture and flash-card slots -- for a great price.

So if you upgrade to XP SP3 you can't uninstall Internet Explorer, I'm quite sure I'm having a Deja-vu feeling about MS preventing people from uninstalling Internet Explorer in other Windows products.
