A fantastic investment; the quality is outstanding!
I decided to buy a TFT monitor after getting my first job and was immediately impressed by the clarity and brightness of the picture. What strikes you first is the fact that 18.1in. is actually 18.1in.! The screen size is huge! Additionally, your desktop seems as though you can touch it down to the sharpness of the picture (using a DVI-D output via my GF4-4600 graphics card). On top of the excellent picture quality you can connect a console or TV tuner to the TFT via the S-video or AV connectors and maybe a laptop to the extra DVI-D input. This piece of hardware is worth every penny!
