I can't believe it took them 5 years to take my suggestion of an integrated TV tuner in a smartphone to actually doing it.
At last they have done it and I am off to get one now!

7.5A Windows Mobile device with an integrated TV tuner does not immediately suggest 'business', but the UBiQUiO 410 also has an integrated answering machine and call recorder, as well as the extra features of the Pocket PC version of the OS.
