I have been using my i-mate SP5 for a couple of months now and what I need is email with ability to read attachments, reliable syncing with Outlook, and web info (NewsBreak works just fantastically) - and Wifi - though VoIP seems doomed to PDA phones with 400Mhz + processors, not the 200Mhz on smartphones.
Great buy - would be perfect with VoIP.....
