Sony Ericsson V800/Vodafone 3G review

Sunday 16 April 2006, 10:41 PM

Battery life is very poor

I have had mobile phones since they were introduced. This has to be the worst. When in 3g network I don't get by a day without a charge. However when I travel and I am not in a 3g area I get three days. Very poor.

Verdict

Sony Ericsson's V800 is a well-featured and user-friendly, if rather large, 3G phone. Vodafone's 3G service isn't especially compelling, although you can use the phone as a 3G modem for a notebook computer.
