Company ignores its user base
Treats customers as product testbed. Fails to provide updates for faulty products. Phone radio fails particularly when coming in from out of range; result -- you can't recieve calls and you don't know it. Paint wears off phone within 1 month of use. Battery life poor. Support staff appalling. Ready to throw mine in the bin, what a waste of money.
Buy a phone from a company thats looks after its users eg. HP. Phone requires regular "reboot" to solve the above issues or even removal of SIM. Some problems require a hardware reset to orginal ROM image.
Truly appauling software quality. Factory hasnt read the Microsoft note on "Internationalisation"...
