It is a mini version of an ipaq with mobile phone facility. A bit niggly to figure out how to use as Orange and Microsoft do not provide clear instructions on all features even though their manual is over 100 pages long! Brilliant phone packed full of features including a flight mode...u can use it whilst on the plane (not actually calling anyone just the featuresof the phone.)
