I hate this phone - impossible to write messages and has no predictive text. It is big and bulky. The software provided with the phone was faulty and they refused to supply me with replacement software, instead instructing me to go to the web to download myself.
The features are good and synchronisation with outlook fantastic, but I still HATE it
