Bluetooth link not dependable

Lost the radio link after a few months of dependable use. Now, transceiver driver WILL NOT reload and the keyboard and mouse are in the corner and not being used. (It's called $130 down the toilet!) I find no articles in FAQ or tech support that will allow me to get things working again. I would recommend against buying this product from Microsoft.

Verdict

Despite some installation glitches and evidence of keyboard driver instability, the Wireless Optical Desktop for Bluetooth is a pleasure to use. Cable clutter is reduced and mobility significantly improved. It’s well worth considering as a replacement for a conventional keyboard and mouse combination, but does not yet provide reliable interoperability with other Bluetooth devices.
