Software does not work. no support
I bought the keybard-mouse combination. The basic features work quite well as soon as the devices are plugged in. However, the real value is supposed to come from the ability to assign shortcuts to the additional buttons on the mouse. That feature simply does not work! I have called the company 4 times and no one could help me. Worse yet, they don't even recognize the model number when I call them. I replaced the original mouse to make sure it was not defective and the next one behaved in exactly the same way.
