Bad quality scans, bad software, bad support
I have worked with this and other HP scanners as well as scanners of other manufacturers. This is the worst I have ever seen!
The software is slow, unfriendly and impossible to adjust.
The quality of the scans be below unacceptable.
I have a really fast PC, yet this is slower than any harware/software combination I have seen going back 15-years!
Come on HP, no wonder you're going down the tubes!
