after 12 months: battery lasts 3 days, phone disconnects and crashes, camera activates randomly, ring tones are very quiet, phone only seems to ring once before going to answer phone on all ring settings.

8.0We like T-Mobile's MDA Compact as much as we liked the similar i-mate JAM. The only drawbacks -- of both devices -- are limited memory and lack of built-in Wi-Fi.
