great till it went wrong

I've had my i-mate jam for 20 months, loved it though I've abused it by dropping it and scratching it several times, it looks battered but worked pefectly until a week ago. Now the back up battery is non existent and the machine is effectively dead. Question is do I get K mate or spv M600 next? like freedom of sim cards, used t mobile in us and orange payg in england

Review Although it's missing some features (chiefly HSDPA and GPS), Nokia's E63 is a well-thought-out, ergonomic and affordable smartphone.
