The licence is so restrictive that if you change your device name or need to reinstall you are locked out of the product and no way no how can you reactivate without a call for over twenty minutes or a email up to 48hrs. Crap if you are going on a journey today. Too expensive £100 just to upgrade to a few maps. Rip off and bad support. The actual product is not to bad.
