Highly recommended product
When you first start using CoPilot, you might run into some teething problems, but once you get used to how it works you will be very pleased. It is actually straightforward. If you run a louder Diesel car or van, be prepared to get some sort of amplification for your phone because the speaker of any phone sometimes is just not loud enough. I have purchased a Universal Handsfree for just £2.99 and this works fine. The "Walking Mode" in CoPilot I also find extremely useful. Last but not least I would like to state that A.L.K's customer support is excellent
