I've had my Mio for about two months, necessary for work, and the sync port is completely unusable. I'm not heavy handed, but the shoddy design of the sync cables means the pins are broken and now the inner casing has vanished into the unit so I can't charge the thing up. It has to go back to the vendor, which means I'm going to be without sat nav for a month. Back to the tattered old A-Z for me...
