Its up to O2 to give it perfect marks
Excellent phone and pocket pc but O2 are the only let down, when there is a problem you hold for an hour only to find out it is the wrong number then must go through this whole process again and once finally getting through to a real person there is nothing useful that they can do, come on O2 your name is dragging the xda II's reputation down!
