On balance, a very good phone, let down by poor support
On balance a very good offering. Some things have gone wrong, but the support contract I have with Carphone Warehouse is just not geared to business users in my opinion. Some time ago they had to replace my unit and gave me a bottom-of-the-range mobile phone as a replacement for up to 2 weeks. This was wholly unacceptable as I was a contractor and ran my business using the many features the phone has -- indeed what it's geared up for...
It's this kind of situation that lets the product down.
