THE phone for mobile data users
Having owned a serious number of phones and PDAs (including previous Treos), I can say that this is the best smartphone on the market by far. Form factor and usabilty really differentiate it, and the keyboard is a lot better than other text entry methods (and after a little adjustment, it's as easy to use as a Blackberry keyboard).
Main advice: look on-line for good deals with an Orange contract -- you'll find the unit for less than half of what Orange are charging direct customers.
