The first and only Palm I'll try

I received the Tungsten E as a gift. After convincing myself that the Palm could come in handy, I started to use it everyday. It worked great for the first 2-3 months, but then the battery stopped recharging. Now I can turn it on for about 5-10 seconds tops. I went to the Palm website for support, but their support page and forums page don't work either!

Review Although it's missing some features (chiefly HSDPA and GPS), Nokia's E63 is a well-thought-out, ergonomic and affordable smartphone.
