I had moved from an iPAQ 3870 to the 5550 because of the inbuilt Wi-Fi capability. The increased memory allows for more data and the speed improvement, clarity of display all add to money well spent. A worthwhile piece of equipment for the business user -- for the home user, probably too expensive to justify.
