Don't Buy

The Sharp ZQ-800/OZ-800 can be a handy device for keeping adresses and numbers, but I find no more use for it. Technical support sucks, and there are no more available add-on programs on the web. The software takes forever to synchronize the info, and a backup from the unit (with only 2 megabytes info taken up) takes 45 minutes. It can hold text, excel, word, html,PDFs; but none of these can be edited. I find that it takes along time if you have to "type" something on this device. The best way to put that info on it is to use the software, but you won't always have a computer with software with you. And all Sharp has on its website about this is only a link to download the software. No info, product support, no pics, no add-ons. Save your money and go for OZ-7xx or get a higher quality organizer.

Verdict

The ZQ-800 is superficially appealing, but under the surface there are too many limitations and quirks to justify the price tag.

Review Although it's missing some features (chiefly HSDPA and GPS), Nokia's E63 is a well-thought-out, ergonomic and affordable smartphone.
