I am talking from my experience. Sony does not want to give out a tiny bit of support without payment. their so called techinal support operaters are computer illetariate. E.g. one kept saying that if you re-install WinXP Pro your drivers will not work on new OS. I don't knopw where he got that idea.

Sony has upgraded the internals of its eye-catching desktop PC to bring them up to date, and dropped the price. Although it's still not an absolute bargain, this is an affordable and attractive system.
