A real lemon!

I've owned and used several different brands of computers and this one is the lowest in quality. The CD burned out and had to be replaced. I bought an extended warranty but in order not to honor it, Dell decided I was a corporation and the extended warranty was not valid. I would try another brand or have my son build me one - or go back to the type writer.
Thank you.
