Not upgradeable in an ever upgrading market

This PC is now sitting in my house with NO ability to use new improved systems. Windows XP is hard to run with programs required to have in todays demanding computer needs. Anti virus programs run this CPU set at 100% during a scan. A good computer for the elderly but I dont think if your elderly you have enough time left to live to wait for this computers response time.

So if you upgrade to XP SP3 you can't uninstall Internet Explorer, I'm quite sure I'm having a Deja-vu feeling about MS preventing people from uninstalling Internet Explorer in other Windows products.
