Typical soundblaster arogance with incompetence
I have seen viruses that are friendlier and less harmful than your average "Creative" software. It spreads through your system and usurps everything it can print the logo on. In return it gives you problems with stuff that was working perfectly normal, including your OS, before you made a foolish mistake of letting something with Creative logo in the same room with your PC.
But it is all with good deed in mind - all those Creative staff can act as if they are solving the problems (sending you their "manuals") - otherwise they'd be unemployed.
Awful drivers, buggy software, ridiculous support, overbearing installation that messes up with every single registry on your pc it can reach - and all that for overpriced soundcard that's not really better than some audio chips you get with decent motherboards.
Buy this ONLY if you are willing to play a role of a proud masochist with single figure IQ, and you want to contribute financialy to those 2nd-hand car salesmen that call themselves "Creative Labs" these days.
This stuff sholud be illegal, it is a con.
