This product is brilliant. I had never used a headset before and always found it difficult to speak on the phone and write, type etc. I can now do all those things comfortably and can even walk away from my desk and still talk. Even better with the Lifter as well. I can now answer my phone whilst I am away from my desk resulting in me never missing a call or having to ring anybody back.
