great for talking and typing at the same time with out the worry of cords

AS an office administrator/receptionist i have found the CS60 to be excellent. it means that i dont need to worry about cords when i need to get files or use my computer when i am on the phone. The only down side is that i cannot put clients on hold away from my desk. ultimatly if my manager had not given me the CS60i would have been extremly fustrated with cords cluttering my desk and restricting my movement around my office.

Verdict

If you're often away from your desk, and missed calls affect your business, this is one (fairly costly) way of keeping in touch.
