First it's a quality take down notes, like a minature cd recorder. Next it's a remember this moment on picture. All files download into a os98 or XP PC. Can't always depend on sharp picture, but sound is wav and is very dependable. Seems to have 2 seperate flash rams. One for Voice and Pic. Always in my pocket.
