I've had the W-10 since Christmas '03. It has proven very easy to learn and to use. The camera is very, very basic and takes grainy pictures, especially in low light situations. But for my purposes, it has acceptable picture quality. If you need a very good digital recorder with intuitive controls and an occasional use camera, I don't think you will be disappointed.
