Good basic product but no longer supported

The latest software from MT for this has lots of problems (in particular the EPG function), and unfortunately MT no longer respond to any emails for this product.
Initially they were helpful, but all is now silence and the product is no longer supported.
If you already have this product, I recommend DABBAR software which works better with this product and is supported. Otherwise avoid Modular Technology like The Plague.
