The Mozilla Organization has released Firefox 2 Alpha 2, code-named Bon Echo, with plans to release Alpha 3 by the end of the month. Although Places, a feature we liked in Firefox 2 Alpha 1, is missing from the latest build, plenty of new features and enhancements are available. One caveat: this is still a developer's build, and your current Firefox extensions will probably break, so only the technically adventurous should proceed. For more details, see our preview of Firefox 2 Alpha 2.
