Customise your colours
The interface resembles that of MSN Messenger but with a more streamlined look and feel, as well as colour gradients that reflect the graphical style of the company's impending Vista operating system. You can customise the layout with colours and backgrounds. As with its predecessor, Windows Live Messenger beta includes links to other properties along its left edge as well as a third-party advert.
